"My recent experience with the office of Insurance Agent Natalie Cain prompted me to leave a review here. I currently have Renters Insurance, Auto insurance and Life Insurance through State Farm. I have had Auto Insurance with State Farm since I became a driver responsible for my own insurance! Many have encouraged me to “shop around”, but I can’t bring myself to do so while I have always had and still do have such incredible customer service! From the few claims that I have had over the years, to a simple request to provide Property Management with proof of Liability Coverage. As long as I am being served this well, I will keep State Farm…than you very much!"

"WARNING. DO NOT USE NATALIE CAIN!!. This lady is RUDE, UNTRAINED, and MEAN! Never in my life have I dealt with someone so unprofessional. I’ve always heard terrible things about State Farm agents in Huntsville, but this lady put its it over the top. When trying to resolve an issue, it took her over a week to respond to my email and phone call. I had no car insurance for 6 days and had to park my car because I could not get in touch with her. When I finally did hear back from Natalie, she was mean as hell and acted like the whole thing was my fault. She was extremely unsympathetic for what I just went through and that I’d been trying to contact her for over a week. I ended up submitting a complaint to state farm and dropping them completely. You are better off getting cheaper insurance from elsewhere."
